Oregon Treasure Trail Society Annual Picnic!

Northwest Detector Sales was happy to donate a table full of items to Oregon Treasure Trail Society (OTTS) Annual July Picnic & Group Hunt!

If you've never been to an OTTS outing, this is the one to go to. There is food, games, a group hunt, and TONS of amazing prizes!

This year they gave out two gold coins, 5-ounce silver coins, and more! Every person who was a member got a silver coin when they arrived, it's that cool!

In the group hunt you find tokens, and keys. One of the keys unlocks a treasure box with a special prize. Many of the tokens correspond to prizes in the cases, and on the table. 

When it's time for the group hunt everyone lines up in the field and they fire the horn. Then people go running around like monkeys picking up all the treasures that are hidden on the surface of the field (there is no digging allowed out in the Columbia River Gorge).
