SPOTLIGHT: EXCALIBUR SHOVELS!!!

Normally we don't do blog articles on accessories. However when we received our first order of Excalibur shovels from founder Casey Dittman, we were speechless. 

From the highest quality and durability lightweight aircraft steel, to the special non-slip textured powder coating, these shovels are literally like works of art. He even engraves each shovel!

Casey worked for Nascar fabricating and welding, and he spent years afterward perfecting these shovels with the same attention to detail and quality. 

The colors Casey uses are so vibrant and unique, it made us feel like we were unwrapping Christmas presents. Two-tone colors are our favorite. We almost wanted to just mount them on the wall and not use them to dig!

The handles are sealed, and the D-handles tilted slightly for just the right amount of leverage. The welding is second to none, and the detail of the double serrations utter perfection 

Casey works way over full time HAND MAKING these shovels and diggers. We felt like we had just received a batch of Cadillacs! We thought we would have a favorite color, but in all honesty we would take any of them out for a spin! 

We can see now why Casey names them after knights of the roundtable. Only knights would command such incredible craftsmanship and quality in what they used on the battlefield. 

The fact Casey spends so much of his time and labor on these and they are still just as affordable as any other shovel on the market speaks to how humble the man is.
