Weighing in at only 300 grams, the 6” inch coil total weight of your Equinox to only 2.5lbs.
Many detectorists use the 6” inch Equinox coil for hunting in harsh terrain, where the soil is uneven, or there are lots of rocks, bushes, and tall weeds that the coil can maneuver through.
Don’t worry about scrubbing the ground, the 6” inch coil comes with a built-in skid plate.
The 6” inch coil is also excellent for sniping out targets in trashy parks where good targets are masked.
